Portfolio 3131 Zuni Denver (Highlands), Colorado

Our 3131Zuni development was a five-story condominium building built in 2008. The eight luxury units were priced from the high $400,000s to low $800,000s and ranged from 1,600 square feet to 2,700 square feet. They included luxury features such as spacious private patios with room for hot tubs, wet bars (in most units), gourmet kitchens with granite slab countertops, energy efficient insulation and air conditioning.
